Contagious Yawning in Chimpanzees

According to a study of chimpanzees who were shown videos of other chimpanzees yawning, researchers determined that the resulting yawns were similar to the contagious yawning in humans, which researchers associate with empathy.

Their goal is to make it easier for people to organize, collaborate on, and access data, as well as make it more transparent. The site is now out of private beta and is available to the public, and HRC has built 15 tables that might interest you.

We'll also be able to compare the results with findings from the baseline survey, which was conducted in early 2008.
